The hotel is a lovely calm oasis with fresh breakfast.
During my stay, I found the water situation confusing. Cold water was available during the day, but it was only warm in the evenings. I was charged for bottled water and the minibar, which felt unexpected and added to my bill.

Perfect Retreat for Couples!
We enjoyed a relaxing stay in our Superior Double Room. The pool layout could use some shade. however, the beautiful setting made up for it. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend visiting the onsite restaurant for breakfast!

The interconnecting rooms were super clean and roomy, and the staff was amazing! Super friendly and great with the kids. Loved the big pool area, so nice to chill after a day out. Just a short walk to old town and a few local eats nearby.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Great location, just a short bike ride to the old town. Limited footpath access made it tricky with kids. Enjoyed the cooking class and the friendly staff helped with everything we needed.

stayed for 2 nights and it was great! the family suite was super spacious and comfy. breaky was delicious with loads to choose from. the pool area was chillin and nice to relax. staff were so friendly and helpful, made our stay feel special!
only small thing was the water got warm in the evening, not much of a big deal. also, it was a bit of a hassle to find parking sometimes.

The Muse is a culinary treasure! Breakfast made to order brought me joy each morning, and the staff captured the spirit of Hoi An hospitality—so welcoming and genuinely helpful! Plus, the pool area was like a refreshing tropical getaway. I felt pampered and looked after throughout my stay.
Honestly, the hotel is fantastic, but if I had to nitpick, I’d say blackout curtains in the room would take the comfort to the next level. Still, everything else shined bright and made my stay unforgettable!

The Muse offered a delightful three-night stay in Hoi An. The family suite felt spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds. I appreciated the clean, well-appointed room, especially the modern bathroom. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety, perfect for us, but a bit more selection would have been great. A minor inconvenience arose when the hot water ran out on a couple of evenings, but it was lovely and extra hot the next morning. The walking distance to the market and old town was only about 10 minutes, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly attentive. they arranged laundry and a private car for us, exceeding my expectations. It's a charming spot, definitely good value for money. If they could ensure consistent hot water, it would be a perfect stay.
